Kensington Library - Growing Summer Vegetables
Come hear all you need to know about growing summer vegetables! Jack Cortis, a UC Master Gardener here in Contra Costa, will be presenting knowledgeable ideas about what grows well and what doesn’t in our summer hillside gardens. This is a great learning opportunity for West County hillside garden enthusiasts.
Additionally, this talk is well timed, as the UC Master Gardener Program of Contra Costa County will hold a tomato and summer vegetable plant sale at the main Richmond Public Library on Saturday April 28.
There will be time for questions and answers after the presentation. No charge.
Date: March 19, 2018
Time: 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM
